As Google tightens security, this has become more difficult on modern versions of Android. But there’s always a way to make your phone usable again. Follow the steps below to make yor phone new without password or pattern

• At first, power off the smartphone.

• Then press and hold simultaneously the Volume Up + Power key for a few seconds.

• When the TECNO logo shows up release all keys.
• As soon as the Android Robot pops up start holding down the Power key.

• While holding down Power button press Volume Up once.
• In the next step use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and tap the Power button to confirm.

• Afterwards choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power button.

• Finally, accept option "reboot system now" by using Power rocker.

Congratulations! The hard reset operation should be completed.
